Rubber Safety Mats

Many of our safety mats are made from recycled rubber for an eco and environmentally friendly option. All our mats are heavy duty and built to last, while offering insulation. Other safety mats in our range are made from Natural Rubber (made from latex tree sap), or Nitrile Rubber (also known as NBR) which is a man made polymer, known for its resistance to grease.

Sizing

Whether you want a small, large or extra large safety mats, all our mats come in a range of sizes, and can be made to measure. Many safety mats and safety mat rolls are available by the linear metre (per linear metre) and can be cut to size to whatever width and length you need.

We also stock recycled rubber mat rolls in a range of thickness and length.

Thickness

Our thinnest safety mats are 2mm thick. We also stock safety mats that are 6mm, 9.5mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm & 22m thick, right up to our thickest 47mm Foot Bath Mat.

Texture

Our range of high grip safety mats includes a number of textures & rough surfaces to choose from, including rubber coin, bark patterned, embossed, diamond, rubber scraper, ribbed, tubular top surface with underbars, raised domes, or low profile domes for the grip you need. 

Our safety mats for use in wet areas feature plenty of drainage holes to allow liquid to pass straight through, keeping the mat surface grippy.

Our cushioned safety mats in the range also feature soft spongy surfaces, to be comfortable for bare feet. 

Colours & Customisation

Our safety mats are available in blue, grey, plain black, as well as terracotta (only available in Safewalk Premium - ideal for kitchens and restaurants), or with high visibility yellow edging for maximum safety.

Many mats feature a yellow safety border to prevent tripping.

Most of our safety mats are available unprinted, but some can be customised or personalised with your own message. These safety mats  can also be printed with your businesses logo or brand

Interlocking Mats

Many of our safety mats can be interlocked to cover a larger area than a single mat. Available with both male and female connectors to join mats together,

Flame Resistant Safety Mats

Flame resistant safety mats (also known as fire resistant, or flame retardant safety mats) are used in environments where heat and flame are expected, such as bbq areas, welding areas, kitchens, workshops or laboratories. Grease Resistant Safety Mats

Grease resistant safety mats (also known as grease-proof safety mats) are used in environments where grease and oils are expected, such as kitchens, factories,  workshops or laboratories. Grease Resistant mats are designed to drain grease and oils away while providing a high grip surface to keep the user safe from fall hazards.

Natural rubber is considered to be ‘grease resistant’ while man made Nitrile rubber is considered to be ‘grease proof’.

UV Resistant Safety Mats

UV resistant safety mats are used in outdoor environments that are exposed to sunlight for extended periods. UV resistant mats are designed to last longer when exposed to UV light without degrading.

Energy Absorbing & Anti Vibration Safety Mats
