Returns & Refund Policy

How returns and refunds work at The Mat Group, including what can be returned and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Before you return

Please contact our customer service team by phone or via our enquiry form prior to returning any goods. Unauthorised returns may be refused. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

What can be returned

Whenever possible, standard stock items in new saleable condition will be accepted for return, freight prepaid. Special orders or mats manufactured to specifications cannot be returned.

Use and placement

The Mat Group will not be responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use or placement of our mat products. Mats that have become damaged or distorted should be taken out of service immediately.

Refunds

Refunds will be available in the case of major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
