Will I get a proof before my logo mats are made?
Yes, once you have uploaded your logo or design during the online ordering process, we will create and send you a proof within 48 hours. Once you approve, your mat will go into production.
What do the icons mean under the product name?

What format do you need my artwork supplied in for logo mats?
We can use most digital file types:
- Optimal: Vector files, i.e. EPS, PDF, AI.
- Acceptable: Bitmap files: JPG, BMP, TGA, PCX, TIFF.
- Not acceptable: GIF, MAC files, PowerPoint files, Word documents and internet files.
Design guidelines for our logo mats can be downloaded via their individual product pages. If you require any further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can you PMS colour match for your logo mats?
If strict branding guidelines are in place, we can PMS colour match with our PrintPlush Logo Mat and DirtStopper Logo Mat at an additional fee. With the rest of our range we use our wide range of standard colours to closely match branding colours and guidelines. Contact our friendly team if you need any clarification or recommendations.
Sizing, lead times and pricing.
Are custom sizes available?
A large portion of our matting range can be Made to Measure. Contact our team to discuss custom sizing and pricing options that may suit your needs.
What if I need them sooner than your standard lead time?
We carry a large range of stocked items across multiple locations in Australia and make a lot of our mats here, enabling us to meet some very tight turnaround times. If you have an event or deadline and need your mats sooner than our standard lead times, please contact our team about what is possible.

How do I clean and care for my mats?

Installation, samples, warranty and returns.
Do you offer installation of mats?
Yes. We have an experienced in-house install team that are able to install Australia wide.
Are samples of your mats available?
Yes, we offer free samples on most of our products.
Do your mats come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our mats come with a standard 12 month warranty against manufacturing defect.
Can I return a mat?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your mat, or it is not what you expected, we are more than happy to collect your mat and help you find a suitable alternative. We offer free returns on standard, stocked mats.
Shipping.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping and handling costs start from $30 throughout mainland Australia. This amount may vary dependent on weight or location of shipping address.
