Most stocked mats are dispatched within 24 hours. Logo Mats and Made To Measure Mats follow the lead times shown on their product pages. Here is what to expect, and how to get an update on an existing order.

Stocked mats
Dispatched within roughly 24 hours of your order being placed and paid.
Logo Mats
Lead times are specified on each product page. Logo Mats also require proof approval before they go into production.
Made To Measure Mats
Lead times are specified on each product page. Check the page for the mat you ordered for the most accurate estimate.
