Shopping Centre Mats

Shopping centres present some of the most demanding matting challenges in commercial property. Thousands of visitors every day, multiple entry and exit points, food court wet spills, escalator landings, car park transitions, and the need to maintain a clean, professional presentation throughout. It all adds up to a matting requirement that needs serious thought.

The Mat Group has the experience and the range to handle it. We work with centre managers, facilities teams, and property groups to specify the right matting solution for every zone, from high-capacity scraper and barrier mats at major entry points, to recess mats set into tiled entry pits for a seamless finish, to safety matting at escalator bases and wet area transitions, to branded logo mats that reinforce centre identity at key touchpoints.

For larger shopping centre projects, we offer site visits and full project consultation, made to measure matting for nonstandard openings, and professional installation managed end to end. We also supply individual retail tenants within centres, making us a convenient single-supplier solution for the whole property.
